What can I expect from Stranger Things: The Experience?
Things are getting strange again in Hawkins and rumour has it that the Hawkins Lab is back in the research business. Your favourite intrepid heroes might need some help getting to the bottom of this latest supernatural mystery. Explore a medley of Stranger Things locations and fan-favourite moments. Enjoy immersive photo ops, engaging interactivity, and delicious food and drink themed to the show (available for purchase).
Where is the experience held?
The experience will be held inside the Crystal Palace at Luna Park Sydney.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held indoors at the Crystal Palace at Luna Park Sydney.
When should I arrive and how long will the experience last?
Please, arrive 15 minutes prior to your ticketed entry time. You will enjoy approximately 45 minutes of immersive experience, and you are welcome to stay and hang in the mix-tape as long as you’d like!
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Snacks and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available to buy at the end of the experience.
Will you have vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options available?
There will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available for purchase.
Is there parking available?
A Luna Park Sydney Car Park is available for customers, accessible from Northcliff St, Milsons Point. Rates apply. For more information, please click here.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Yes, you will have an opportunity to interact with the performers!
Do I need to have watched all episodes of Stranger Things?
No, it's not essential - but it will enhance your experience if you do.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise at the experience.
ACCESS
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Luna Park Sydney and the Crystal Palace are wheelchair accessible venues, with accessible toilets located throughout the park. For information regarding ride attraction safety and accessibility requirements, please click here.
Do you offer carer tickets? Are companion cards accepted?
The experience is Companion Card accredited. Guests with a Companion Card are entitled to apply for a single (one) General Admission ticket free of charge, for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us with a copy of your Companion Card enclosed. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to redeem your free General Admission ticket in the Fever app with another full price ticket in the same transaction (based on availability). Persons using a Companion ticket may be required to show their Companion Card with the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the Crystal Palace.
Is this a child-friendly environment?
This experience contains mature language and graphic imagery and effects. Children under 5 will not be admitted, and anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult ( 18+) in possession of a valid ticket with the same date and session time. To enter with friends and family, please purchase tickets in the same transaction.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not permitted in Luna Park Sydney or the experience, however, service animals are welcome. Please be aware that some lights and noises in the experience can be disturbing to animals. It is our goal to make the experience not just accessible but welcoming for everyone. We recognise that many different types of accommodations and assistance may be needed and are committed to assisting in any way we can; if you need any additional assistance or accommodations please don't hesitate to contact us at grelations@lunaparksydney.com or approach the staff when you arrive.
Does the experience offer accessibility features for the hearing or visually impaired?
For this experience, we won't have sign language interpreters or audio descriptions. The experience space will provide physical accessibility features. We are in the process of selecting professionals to provide greater access to our audience for future events and experiences.
Will there be sensory sessions available?

Will there be strobe lights?
This experience contains sequences of flashing lights, which may affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities. Guest discretion is advised.
What happens if I arrive late to my session time?
We ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their ticketed start time. If you intend to enter with a group of friends, please make sure you purchase for the same session time and your full party is together before checking in. If you have arrived late to Luna Park Sydney and have missed your allocated session time, please approach the Experience team in the Crystal Palace who will work with you to determine the best outcome subject to capacity and management discretion.
Can I leave the experience and re-enter?
There is no re-entry to the experience. Please approach a staff member for assistance if you need to leave the experience.
What is the dress code?
Dressing up for the occasion is highly encouraged. Note: full face coverings including masks and dangerous items and imitation weapons (guns, swords, knives, axes, chains, etc.) are not permitted entry into the experience or Park.
What items are prohibited for entry into the experience?

In addition, please note that the following items are not allowed inside the experience:
- Dangerous items and imitation weapons ( guns, swords, knives, axes, chains, etc.)
- Food or drink (excluding water in a resealable container)
- Animals or pets (Service animals only)
- Large packages, suitcases, or similar items
- Cameras (with detachable lenses), video cameras, selfie sticks, and tripods
- Costumes that include full face covering including masks

In addition, please note that the following actions are prohibited inside the experience:
- Running in the experience and the Crystal Palace
- Physical contact with any other guests or staffÂ
- Jumping the line
- Touching, fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks towards guests or staff
- Disrupting the experience
- Smoking and vaping
- Filming or taking photographs during the experience
- Guests are required to wear suitable clothing and shoes
- Failure to follow these guidelines or staff instructions may result in being asked to leave the Crystal Palace.

Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping is not permitted; we ask that you are also respectful of other guests.
Will restrooms be available?
Yes, restrooms will be available; please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I film/take photos during the experience?
Taking photos and videos during the experience is not allowed, but there will be plenty of opportunities for that in the post-experience area.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Please ask the staff on the day if they have found your belongings. Otherwise, please contact grelations@lunaparksydney.com for assistance.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will be available for purchase at the Luna Park Sydney Box Office. However it is likely there will be greater availability of tickets on the website. Purchasing at the door or from other ticket sources is not recommended or endorsed.
Is there a limit of tickets per transaction?
There is no maximum number of tickets that can be purchased online, however there is a maximum group of 30 people that can enter the experience at one time. It is recommended to purchase tickets in a single transaction for a specific session time, if planning to visit with friends.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I use a Luna Park Sydney gift card to purchase a ticket?
Luna Park Sydney gift cards currently cannot be used to purchase tickets to Stranger Things: The Experience. They can be used to purchase merchandise and retail items from the venue.
